The ArC - Apostolic Resource Center

God Spoke in December 2007

In December 2007 the Lord spoke to me about how He wanted an ARC, an Apostolic Resource Center.  Then He said He did not want one ARC but rather a fleet of ARCs. He said the ARC was like an aircraft carrier task force.

In August 2008 the Lord spent 1.5 hours with me in my office giving me some practical ways to begin to express the vision and concept of what He showed based upon the principles of war (Developing Apostolic Strategy). We had been using Operation Rolling Thunder to empower the Church to employ those strategies.  Now we are using 1Church1Day to mobilize and connect local congregations in cities.  The long term goal is to help them mobilize the Church like and project power to enforce the will of King Jesus. That is why militaries exist.  To enforce the will of the government they represent.

The House of Seven Pillars

The Church is entering a time when believers will work together.  This unity is already melting divisions which have restricted the effectiveness of the Church.  The ARC, fashioned after the Ephesians 4 description of the church in maturity, is a strategic model for wining souls to Christ and promoting unity.

EPHESIANS 4:11-16
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,  for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;  that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head — Christ —  from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. (NKJV )

The ARC Ministry Model
An Expression of the City Church

In the ARC Ministry Model, churches, ministries, and individual believers will supply their giftings and talents to the city-wide ARC.  These city-wide resource centers will develop into a more complete representation of all believers from a particular region, becoming a house of prayer for all nations, a house of seven pillars, and a household of the Lord's presence.

The ARC is Like a League

Each city indicated on this map has a team in the NFL.  Similarly, ARCs will develop in many cities.  Just as each NFL team needs to fill the same positions, each ARC is composed of like teams.  Both the NFL and the ARC teams choose to work together, abiding by their respective covenantal agreements.
