![]() The Lord speaks in many ways. He is verbal and visual. My wife Brenda years ago learned American sign language. It works great with those who understand what the signs mean. In Genesis 1:14 the Bible teaches us that God set the lights in the heavens to communicate regarding signs and seasons. These can be both literal and spiritual. For example, on Father's Day in June we saw Venus and Jupiter lined up and point to Reguls which is the brightest star in the lion constellation. This constellation points to the Lion of the Tribe of Judah which happens to be Jesus. We also see that the moon was at its closest point to Regulus on that same day. The moon reflects the sun therefore the moon is also refers to Jesus as He reflects the Father's image. So on Father's Day our Lord was drawing our attention to His Son, Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. He is the one who is from the "Root of David" and prevailed in Revelation to open the scroll and loose its seven seals (Rev. 5:5). He is our soon coming King (Acts 1:11). On June 26th while I was ministering at Armed with Heaven in Kansas the Supreme Court rendered its ruling regarding homosexual marriage. A few days later WRCTV in Tennessee reported how a blood moon was visible the night of the 30th and how the sun looked red and orange the next day. Conditions described in Joel 2:30-31, fire and pillars of smoke darkened the sun and turned the moon red. I wonder when those fires started? Click here for Joel 2:31 - Signs in the Heavens & the Jewish Feasts 2015 written in 2012 to learn more about the blood moons. What's interesting is that God even uses the very planets to speak to His divine design. Venus (type of woman) connected with Jupiter (type of man) which pointed to the heart of the lion constellation which is a type of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah who is also the Son of God. The signs in the heavens speaks to the union between a man and a woman produce children. This is a reflection of divine design presented in and through God's word. It is the great mystery spoken of in Ephesians 5:22 - 6:2. A blood moon occurring within days of the Supreme Court decision regarding God's divine design does not bode well for this nation in one sense. It's interesting that this blood moon was only visible in America too. In another sense this is great for Hebrews 12:6 teaches us whom the Lord loves He chastens and if He chastens us He treats us as a son. Jeremiah 18:8-10 teaches us that God will relent of the disaster He spoke of if people repent. At the same time He also says if a nation does evil God will reverse the blessings He spoke of if they continue to do evil. Let's pray the Church and our nation repent. On June 27th at the "Armed with Heaven" conference hosted by Warring Dove in Lawrence KS I delivered the following message from Jeremiah 50. ![]() On May 31st, in Eugene Oregon, Steve Buss of One Hope launched the 1Church1Day strategy in Lane County Oregon. It's a strategy whose pattern is inspired by the model David used in the Tabernacle of David. This strategy was originally called Operation Rolling Thunder and was inspired by Psalm 18:6-14. It's about the Psalmist (author was King David) who cried out to God. God answered and His voice was like thunder. In this portion of the Psalm he goes on to describe how the earth and the 2nd heavens respond to God's presence. It's marked by shaking, lightning, thick clouds, hail and thunder. Many churches gathered to pray and launch this effort. That night was marked by a thunderstorm that produced 225 lightning strikes and a number of earthquakes off the coast of Oregon. After 10 years of equipping leaders in a variety of communities around the world I'm not surprised with how the earth and the heavens respond. It's so clear in scripture. If you want a full explanation of David's Tabernacle, Psalm 18 and other documented examples see Operation Rolling Thunder - revised edition. To get equipped to launch 1Church1Day in your community I encourage you to acquire the Kingdom Congress CD series where 1Church1Day is presented. Now, let's take a look at this New Testament scripture to see if this sheds any light upon their experience. Hebrews 12:25-13:1 25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, "Yet once more I shake* not only the earth, but also heaven."* 27 Now this, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may* serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire. How many times have we read scriptures like this and not considered "what would this scripture look like if it manifested itself naturally or practically?" 1 Corinthians 15:44-46 illustrates a powerful principle in God's word. First the natural and then the spiritual. Often what happens on the earth is a reflection of or a foretelling of what is to come. ![]() Daniel 4:2-3 I thought it good to declare the signs and wonders that the Most High God has worked for me. How great are His signs, And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And His dominion is from generation to generation. NKJV Since 2003 Brenda and I have seen God mark the message we carry with unusual supernatural signs and wonders such as thunderstorms, lightning, hail, windstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, record high temperatures, record rainfall, etc. In the last month of ministry we've seen three more signs.
Why is this significant? ![]() Ezekiel 22:30 - So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. NKJV Why would God call a people, ANYONE for that matter, to stand in the gap and build up a wall? It is because: Hosea 8:7 - "They sow the wind, And reap the whirlwind. The stalk has no bud; It shall never produce meal. If it should produce, Aliens would swallow it up. NKJV How did they sow to the wind? They:
