Pastor Nani from India reports great news! They are planting another church and...... an invitation to join him in mobilizing churches to pray using Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT) was answered by pastors from Karnataka state and from Tamilnadu state!
Glory to Jesus! ORT is a mobilization strategy that makes a way for a leader or a church to bring others to our Lord's holy mountain of Zion. It helps them work together to build our Lord's House of Prayer for all Nations based upon the pattern King David used in his tabernacle (Acts 15:16-17).
Isaiah 56:7 - Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, And make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices Will be accepted on My altar;
For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations." NKJV
Transforming Society - One Life, One Community, one State at a Time
Pastor Nani and the Church in India are seeing the same kinds of results other cities have seen as they connected together and began to pray using the ORT strategy. Several US cities like Gainesville FL have seen the Church's prayer have a powerful affect on crime. Pastor Nani and 19 churches in India followed suit earlier this year and saw them have a powerful impact on rapes in their area. Click here for Prayer Strategy Causes Rapes to Decline.
I saw a post by Dr. Lance Wallnau of LanceLearning today on Facebook. With his permission I am reprinting his post below.
Why? Amos 3:7 - Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
Here is a summary of the major themes I see:
Lance's Post - 9/17/2013
As I meditated upon God's word this morning I was led to Hebrews 12:22 which so powerfully reveals what it is that Operation Rolling Thunder empowers the Church in a city to do to bring the word into manifestation. It's awesome! This brings us to:
But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, "Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven." 27 Now this, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire. NKJV
Grace comes from a Greek word (charis) that means graciousness, a literal or spiritual divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life. It is translated as benefit, favor, gift, grace, joy or liberality in the King James. Many today use this word as if it means mercy which is different. Grace is God's enabling power. Grace empowers us to serve God with reverence and godly fear. It empowers us to do what we cannot do on our own.
Grace, God's enabling power, enables fallible men to go beyond what the Law required. For example:

Brenda and I have the great privilege of ministering in Myanmar/Burma soon. I began to work with a young apostle starting in 2006 who served as one of our CONECTers. In 2008 he helped launch one of the first prayer centers through ORT. This strategy has helped leaders launch 34 prayer centers around the world so far. Our CONECTer worked with 7 different denominations and they established Mount Horeb Prayer Center.
During our outreach we will be not only will we minister to the founders of the prayer center, church elders and tribal elders but we will also host an Apostolic Leadership Conference for 150 ministers. The focus of this conference is equipping kings and priest to re-present the gospel of the kingdom with authority in power in Jesus name.
We see this as a strategic opportunity. Christians are a minority here, however, the area we are in has a large contingent of Christians. So we'll have an opportunity to help them build that eternal house of prayer for all nations with a view to launching a variety of aggressive church planting strategies into the nation.
We will also visit children in a nursery and install a fresh water well for the young apostle and his people. We covet your prayer and support ($2700 more needed today). If you would like to learn how you can partner with us in this strategic outreach then I invite you to visit

Thanks be to God for your indescribable gift
2 Corinthians 9:12-15
For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God, while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men, and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of God in you. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!
Brenda and I want to extend our sincerest heartfelt thanks to you for your partnership in the gospel and your stewardship distribution of the resources Christ put within your hands. We thank God for you and bless you in Jesus name.
Bless according to the Theological Workbook of the Old Testament means "to endue with power for success, prosperity, fecundity (means to reproduce), and longevity..."

Last night at mid-night I led our local church in our day of 24/7 prayer by taking the first watch. We are working with other local congregations in our community to raise up a canopy of 24/7 prayer 365 days out of the year. That's the goal. We discovered through Operation Rolling Thunder that if churches in a community cooperate together we can do this quickly.
One of the benefits is God's voice. He loves to communicate with us. The challenge is, we often have a difficult time hearing what He is saying. The question is, how can we position ourselves better to hear what the Lord is saying and see what He is doing or trying to communicate?
As I began my watch last night I was actually surprised when the Lord began to talk to me about how a watchman can position himself with the best vantage point for my watch. Higher is better. The higher you are the further you can see. So how can a person who is going to stand watch position themselves with the highest vantage point?
Psalm 147:6 The Lord lifts up the humble; He casts the wicked down to the ground.
The way to get higher is to go lower! As I contemplated that the Lord led me to worship! Here are some of the acts of worship that involve humility.
These are some of the ways that we humble ourselves. Humility involves our recognition of our frailty, weakness and limitations and our utter dependence upon the Lord's love, goodness and mercy. The humility also comes with a strength and confidence. It is confident in the Lord's love, ability and power. Our boast and our confidence is in our Lord!
Therefore, as you prepare for your watch make it your goal to acquire the best vantage point for that watch! Aim low to go high!
James 4:10 - Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
Zion was marked by 24/7/365 prayer, praise and worship. It was established by King David because He understood how critical God's abiding presence was to him, and the success of his people, his city and his nation. The road to Zion is paved through prayer, praise and worship.
A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. .... And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away. NKJV
2 Samuel 6:13-15
And so it was, when those bearing the ark of the Lord had gone six paces, that he sacrificed oxen and fatted sheep. Then David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet. NKJV

"The Spiritual Architect" by Tim Taylor
As a king, David had responsibility for how all of the spheres of society connected and interacted. I believe the seven mountain concept is like a modern day parable. It helps us to understand an aspect or a certain view of the kingdom God wants His people to establish.
The first decision King David made to begin to expand the kingdom was to set up a tent on Mount Zion and he established an administration of teams to ensure that God’s abiding presence was always welcome in his city. After this was established we see all through 2 Samuel and 1 Chronicles that David’s armies saw victory after victory. They acquired spoil from these victories.
It is important to understand that King David was also a skillful general. He had learned the art of war. This skill is also an aspect of the apostolic gift. Here are a couple of excerpts from Developing Apostolic Strategy that will shed some light on this aspect of the apostolic gift.
The word apostle was first a Greek/Phoenician seafaring term that meant leader of a convoy of ships. Later it came to refer to the commander of an invasion force. As time went on the Romans used it to refer to former generals who then became ambassadors. The Jewish culture eventually began to use it when speaking of an envoy who collected tribute. Finally, Jesus used it speaking of the first 12 disciples. In summary the history of the word meant:
· The leader of a convoy of ships
· The commander of an invasion force
· An ambassador general sent to represent a government to another nation

1 Corinthians 3:9-11
For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, you are God's building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. NKJV
Paul the apostle is the one who penned this portion of scripture which provides keen insight into another aspect of the apostolic gift, its role and its order. He describes himself as a “master builder.” The Greek word translated “master builder” literally means chief architect. Architects are the first ones to work on a project and design plans which move a structure from vision into reality. These plans provide the pattern from which the general contractor and all of the sub-contractors work from.
This is why in 1 Corinthians 12:28 apostles go first, prophets second and teachers third. It is an order of function. God has uniquely designed this gift with revelation and wisdom to build. This gift working with the prophet lays the foundation for all of the rest of the gifts to successfully build their part while interacting with the rest of the team.
Picture taken by intercessor at the conference
Dr. Emmanuel Ziga of Grace for All Nations click here hosted the Hour of Prayer Conference June 13-16. I was honored to speak during a few of the sessions regarding the restoration of David's tabernacle.
During the conference I shared some of my experiences and the fruit of the ORT prayer strategy which is designed to establish 24/7 prayer in a city while also forming councils representing all 7 spheres of society and the five fold ministry. This strategy is based upon a revelation and a goal to see David's tabernacle restored today. During the course of my ministry I shared how God had marked this message with more than 70+ signs and wonders along with references to Psalm 18:6-14 and Isaiah 22:22 in two sessions on Friday. I also introduced the concept of an ARC (apostolic resource center) which hosts and facilitates 24/7 prayer, praise and worship in a city.
Before my last session Saturday evening on June 15th the GFNA team was involved in heavy intercession at the Westin Hotel in Bellevue. One of the intercessors looked out and saw the sun with two halo's around it and took the picture. Everyone in the meeting witnessed this.
Sign & Wonder Training
That evening they shared this with me which provided a marvelous opportunity for some "just in time training" on signs and wonders.
There was the sun with two rings of light or rainbows around it. These are called sun dogs and also 22 degree circle halos (King 5 News called is a double son halo)!. I know this because the Lord had done this before a few years ago after we shared the scriptures presented through ORT in Bellingham Washington.
The two halos around the sun pointed to the Word. Now don't be overly enamored by the signs. God uses signs just the way we use signs. Signs point to something else which is the main thing or contain a special message. In this case the signs pointed to and reinforced an emphasis on God's word.
God bore witness with these signs as 2 Samuel 22 refers to the same portion of scripture as Psalm 18:6-14 and Isaiah 22:22 deals with the "key of David." God used the sign to point to this message being brought forth during "The Hour of Prayer Conference." To hear the full message I encourage you to contact GFANA for the CDs from the conference. It is powerful. My heavenly Father wants, desires, longs for churches to do what David did in Zion in their city. But it gets even better.
The next day I checked King 5 News website and found this.
Heist Turns Self In
Carl and Brenda Krames have been overseeing the ORT strategy in Gainesville since 2009. Last year they began to form the government council in their Transformation Task Force by reaching out to law enforcement in their city and county. One of the prayer targets was cold cases.
In March I reported in the following article "Gainesville FL - ORT Strategy the Police Chief & Decreasing Crime!" the long term effects of concentrated prayer on crime. One month later I reported in "Strategic Prayer Breaks Cold Case Wide-open - Serial Murderer Apprehended" how they played a role in the case of a serial killer.
On May 3, 2013 a fugitive who had been on the run for 11 years happened to turn herself into authorities here in their county. Click here for Long-missing Pennsylvania mom surrenders in Gainesville.
Why did this fugitive just happen to turn herself in here? Well, we really don't know. But, I can't help but think their targeted prayers requested by law enforcement officials on cold cases had something to do with it.
This is the fruit of continual prayer inviting God's abiding presence.
