The bishop for KLI in Pakistan, our dear Brother Shahbaz, requested that I share a word with their leaders (860+ have been trained since 2008) and those who have served as CONECTers through Operation Rolling Thunder (5 city prayer centers, 22 churches and 3 church plants underway).  These minister in the midst of terrible persecution and yet they press on setting a marvelous example of courage anchored in love exercising faith.

As I prayed about his request I've received revelation about what is on our Father's heart I began to write as I sensed the anointing of the Lord.  This is what the Lord showed me and it goes far beyond Kingdom League International in Pakistan.  This is for every one who is part of KLI or who is passionate about seeing our Lord Jesus Christs' kingdom come and will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  The Lord says;

We are in a time of deep darkness
Isaiah 60:2 -  For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.

I started to write an email to all those leaders who have worked with me using Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT) to mobilize and connect the Church in their city, region, state or nation.  The event that prompted this communication was an invitation from Jason Hubbard.  He is the founder of Light of the World Prayer Center which was the first of 5 city prayer centers launched during the first three months of ORT in 2008. Jason asked me to come and join them today (12-12-12) at a dedication service at LOWPC.  It caused me to take a moment, step back and consider where ORT began and how far it has come.

It began as a word God gave me which I spoke to three leaders in December 2004.  It is recorded in my book (click here for the ORT book).  I remembered the first time I met Jason.  He was serving as an associate pastor of a local church.  As he began using the strategy to mobilize and connect the churches in his area God began to speak, move and birth.  It led to the launch of five city prayer centers on three continents in the first three months of ORT.  Light of the World Prayer Center was the first of the five.  

Today LOWPC has become a vibrant ministry affecting powerful change in their community and is one of the flagships illustrating the beauty of God's wisdom displayed through ORT as it establishes 24/7 prayer while gathering the elders at the gates of the city.  They have 9 strategic (apostolic) councils combined with 32 churches working together monthly to raise up a canopy of 24/7 prayer over their city.  What began as a city prayer center is turning into one of many Apostolic Resource Centers (ARC).

God is speaking to the heartland of America; our moral compass is off!  It has deviated and it is time to be adjusted.  You correct deviation in a compass by taking a true bearing off a heavenly body like the sun.  It is time for the Church to take her bearing from the Son of God and adjust to line up with His word. 

This was part of the message the Lord gave me as I prepared to minister in Kansas during Charting the Course in this New Era.

Our heavenly Father is so passionate about this that He marked this message (His message) with a number of signs and wonders.  The signs begin with the logo my Lord had me develop in 2011 (click here - KLI Logo overview).  The Lord directed me to use a compass rose as the Church had lost her moral compass and her voice.  KLI had an assignment to help the ekklessia get her voice back. 

Next I created a Power Point with 4 slides to complement the message I was given.  It included an analysis of a number of decisions in this recent election that indicate the Church has lost her moral compass.  I used KLI's logo to display the compass rose and teach how forces in the earth to work to cause the compass to deviate and then how to correct it by getting a true bearing from a heavenly object like the sun (Son).  I also used the Papa Flag to introduce how God is calling the remenant to enter the ARC (Apostolic Resource Center) or the "apostle ship" in each city.

On November 14th I sent out a newsletter titled "Charting the Course for Your Destiny in this New Era."  On the same day Charisma posted an article from Chuck Pierce titled "The Election Has Brought a New Era."  Needless to say "era" caught my attention.

Era means a period of time marked by a distinctive character or a period of time to which anything belongs or is assigned. 

Think about Psalm 139:16!  These days were made for us.  We were made for these days.  Out of all eternity God could have chosen you and I to live at anytime but He chose now!  Great trials present great opportunity. 

Joel 2 describes a people who come forth upon this earth whom the world has never seen and it occurs during "the day of the Lord."  It is a day of darkness and gloominess but in that context or horrible times a people come "great and strong like of whom has never been."  A fire devours before them and behind them a flame burns.  They are encompassed by God's presence as scripture declares God is a consuming fire.  This is the army of the Lord.  Verse five says they are a "strong people set in battle array."  It says "The Lord gives voice before His army for His camp is very great; for strong is the one who executes His word."

I have to confess, while I was disappointed by these elections, I am very excited about what Christ is doing.  These days were made for you and I.  As I read Chuck's article I got even more excited because so much of what he said is so similar to what the Lord showed me.  I'll highlight a few things Chuck said and summarize it with what the Lord showed me was the key for an overcomer in these times.

The goal of my article is to encourage the church, leaders, ministers, and CONECTers who serve with me.  I want them to see how we are playing a part in bringing these prophetic declarations into reality. 

Yesterday was an exciting day for many!  It marked the last day of the Sukkot.  Sukkot is called the Feast of Tabernacles or Ingathering.  It was the 7th day of Sukkot which is called Hoshana Rabah.  It is a celebration of the "great salvation" and marks the day that the judgments for the coming year are sealed.  The truths presented through each of the elements pointed to the prophetic significance and direction KLI has embarked upon. 

It was also "Pulpit Freedom Sunday."  Over 1500 courageous ministers stood up to challenge part of the IRS Code (501c3) that was established in 1954 that restricts pastors freedom of speech in the pulpit when it comes to political issues.  It violates the First Amendment.  The goal is to force a trial so the unconstitutional portion of the code as it pertains to Church can be challenged.  We support and even participated in this day as one of the 1500+ ministers.  In fact, we've even gone beyond the strategy advocated by the ADF and dissolved our 501c3.  We are functioning under the First Amendment as a Church and an association of churches and ministries like the Church did for the first 160 years before the Johnson Amendment introduced in 1954.

Yesterday was also the day that Tony & Irene Fournier were set in as elders in the local church in Renton/Kent WA.  This was a very exciting day for us.  At the start of the service yesterday I realized the significance of the date 10/7/12.  The very meaning of each of these numbers combined pointed to and reinforced the purpose of that day. 

In Biblical numerology numbers have significant meaning. The numbers mean:

September 4th was a historic day for us.  We presented the KLI charter to a small team of people we've invited to help us establish an ARC (apostolic resource center).  On September the 9th we'll host our first Sunday meeting.  This day was 20 years in the making.  Here is a glimpse into this history that we see unfolding.

May 28, 1995 - Bill Johnson (prophet from Christian International) prophesies "you are training for kingdom ministry and God has got you in a process of development sort of like the space shuttle." He went on to describe in detail how its prepared and then once all is fitted together it is moved "very slowly to the launch pad."  He went on to say "your overall destiny is leadership, vision holder, touching others, part of a ministry staff that will be a covering and a support to you... it is a place to launch from... I mean it is the two of you.  You two are truly a team ministry..."

February 26, 1996 - Unknown prophet - This was the vision "stage 1 hot air balloon carried by the wind of the spirit.  Stage 2 - blast off Space Shuttle Challenger!!! Stage 3 - Communications satellite - worldwide vision fulfilled.   Prayer general.... you will be a prayer strategist.

October 10, 1996 - Bill Johnson - "You guys are going to be senior leaders in the house of the Lord.... God has got a people and a church planting that you are going to do.  You are going to have the responsibility for the whole ship....  watch for the people you are destined to be with."

On February 24, 2011 I called a summit where I presented what the Lord showed me about an ARC.  This led to the launch of KLI.  This history is documented in detail elsewhere.  On the first day of this summit the Space Shuttle Discovery launched for its last trip to space.  On the last day of the summit at 11:15am the leaders that gathered together in this summit set Brenda and I in the middle of the room and began to prophesy that it was time to launch this "apostle-ship."  At the exact time our prayer began the Space Shuttle Discovery docked with the "International Space Station."

These prophetic words led to the establishment of KLI in 2011.  This led to a local church plant on September 4, 2012 which is the Genesis of the base of operations we need to build in order to demonstrate all the Lord showed me to do.  It is an Apostolic Resource Center; an ARC.  It is based upon an ancient pattern (wineskin) that is just new to us.  It is a local church plant that will connect with the Church in a city and a region. 

King David was a wise military commander as well as a spiritual architect.  He knew the advantage of taking the high ground.  David knew that the key to success in the seven mountains was to first occupy the mountain of the Lord’s house whose pattern is found on Mount Zion.

Isaiah 2:2-3

Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; And all nations shall flow to it.  Many people shall come and say, "Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths." for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. NKJV

What occurred on Mount Zion in the tabernacle of David?  David asked the Levites to steward 24/7 prayer, praise and worship.  One of the functions of a king is to establish systems of administration.  Show me a king or a government without an administration and I’ll show you a government that exists only as a fantasy of the mind. 

As a king, David had responsibility for how all of the spheres of society connected and interacted.  I believe the seven mountain concept is like a modern day parable.  It helps us to understand an aspect or a certain view of the kingdom God wants His people to establish.  

The first decision King David made to begin to expand the kingdom was to set up a tent on Mount Zion and he established an administration of teams to ensure that God’s abiding presence was always welcome in his city.  After this was established we see all through 2 Samuel and 1 Chronicles that David’s armies saw victory after victory.  They acquired spoil from these victories. 

It is important to understand that King David was also a skillful general.  He had learned the art of war.  This skill is also an aspect of the apostolic gift.  Here are a couple of excerpts from Developing Apostolic Strategy that will shed some light on this aspect of the apostolic gift.

1 Corinthians 3:9-11

For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, you are God's building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it.  For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. NKJV

Paul the apostle is the one who penned this portion of scripture which provides keen insight into another aspect of the apostolic gift, its role and its order.  He describes himself as a “master builder.”  The Greek word translated “master builder” literally means chief architect.  Architects are the first ones to work on a project and design plans which move a structure from vision into reality.  These plans provide the pattern from which the general contractor and all of the sub-contractors work from. 

This is why in 1 Corinthians 12:28 apostles go first, prophets second and teachers third.  It is an order of function.  God has uniquely designed this gift with revelation and wisdom to build.  This gift working with the prophet lays the foundation for all of the rest of the gifts to successfully build their part while interacting with the rest of the team.

Plans by the Spirit
Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the vestibule, its houses, its treasuries, its upper chambers, its inner chambers, and the place of the mercy seat; and the plans for all that he had by the Spirit, of the courts of the house of the Lord, of all the chambers all around, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries for the dedicated things; NKJV

God gave King David plans by the spirit of God.  The king served as an architect taking the vision for a house or dwelling place for the Lord and turning that into a set of plans from which his son and a very large team of builders could work from.  He built a structure that had never existed and its very design introduces some intriguing questions.
