We are excited to announce details for the Second Kingdom Congress(register below)! Please join us on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Renton Technical College, where we will continue the historic work we began last month to unite the body of Christ for the glory of King Jesus and the work of transformation in Washington State.

At the First Kingdom Congress, held on August 22nd at Sonrise Christian Center, more than 150 leaders from government, business, education, ministry, and other spheres gathered to exalt the name of Jesus over our state and issue a response to the Goliath-sized challenges of our day. Is there not a cause?!

Together, we made significant strides in the effort to:

• Mobilize 31 churches and houses of prayer to raise a canopy of 24/7 prayer over our state, push back the army of darkness, and exalt the name of Jesus over our cities, counties, and state.
• Gather strategic councils of leaders in each of the seven spheres of society (business, government, education, media/arts, healthcare, family, and the church) and the five-fold ministry (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers)
• Implement a plan by which the councils can inform the 24/7 prayer effort, and by which churches and houses of prayer can report what they are hearing from the Lord. This flow of spiritual and natural intelligence will help leaders in both the church and the seven spheres to implement the strategies of heaven and position everyday believers for a work of transformation such as we have never seen in our state!

From Inspiration to Activation

At the founding of our nation, the First Continental Congress served to inspire the colonists to action, but it wasn't until the Second Continental Congress that the Patriots began operating in a united, coordinated effort. Key delegates such as Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson who were not present at the first congress also joined the cause at that time.

On October 4, 2014 at the Second Kingdom Congress, we will... 

Ten years ago, I was working in the office of Apostle John Kelly in Texas. It was September of 2004, and I traveled with Apostle Kelly to Spain to assist as a translator and administrative assistant for meetings with Spain’s top apostolic leaders. The purpose was to assist them in determining and
  mobilizing the Lord’s strategy for advancing the Kingdom of God in their nation. 

The timing of this gathering was strategically planned on the heels of a major worship and prayer event occurring in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, a top pilgrimage site for Catholics all over Europe. This location had been identified as a stronghold of the Queen of Heaven over Spain, affecting much of Europe. Doris and Peter Wagner, as well as Chuck Pierce, called upon prayer leaders and worshippers of Jesus from around the world to gather at Santiago de Compostela to exalt the name of the Lord, war against the stronghold of the Queen of Heaven there, and see Spain step into her kingdom destiny—a destiny that would have far reaching effects on all of Europe (see more

God had given John Kelly a mandate to follow on the heels of this event with an activation of Spain’s apostolic leaders in order to capitalize on the gains in the Spirit achieved through prayer efforts. Once in Spain, I was privileged to sit in on meetings both public and private meetings with these servant leaders who God had called to influence the destiny of a nation. I witnessed as they took counsel together about the Lord’s plans for Spain and what He would have them to do to join Him in His work.

As the meetings went on, however, I became a little discouraged. Although these apostles had no doubt been called and commissioned by the Lord to impact their nation, although they possessed a desire to work together, and although they were full of vision and carried an anointing to bring change, there was no infrastructure for administrating their corporate goals. Questions emerged about whose office would oversee communications. How would planning and logistics for joint efforts be approached? How would the budget for their 
corporate vision be handled? Here was a people who knew they should work together, who were receiving prophetic direction for working together, who wanted to work together—but the critical components of communication and administration were lacking.

Noise comes from the Hebrew word qowl which means "to call aloud, a voice, a proclamation, a sound and a thunder."  This reminded me of Psalm 18:6-14 which speaks of the thunder of God's voice.  These are scriptures tied to strategies God has given me to help connect the body of Christ, mobilize the army of the Lord, and establish 24/7 prayer, praise and worship in a community.  It positions the Church in a city or region to better hear the voice of the Lord.  

No sooner had I begun to meditate upon this in my back yard when I heard thunder.  Others who attended the seminar also saw and heard the thunder, hail and lightning.  Here's a report from King 5 news that describes how the power was knocked out  in many communities and hail as large as marbles fell.

There is a tyranny facing our nation today that looms as large as Goliath did when he defied the armies of Israel.  The answer is the same now as it was then; a David; actually a company of David's who will rise with courage and run to meet the giants of our day.

Our nation was founded by a people who sought freedom from a government who encroached first on their religious liberties and then spilled over into other areas.  When the early colonist no longer found they could redress their issues with the king, they appealed to God and heaven. This cry was formalized in an ensign when George Washington commissioned the formation of a navy to assist his army in their cause.

The attacks levied today against the family, life, and now religious freedom are clear.  The situation is no less dire than in the founding of our nation and the need to appeal to heaven is urgent. God looks for a people who will respond like David did when he cried "is there not a cause?" (1 Sam 17:29)

The "Appeal to Heaven" was accompanied by the formation of a congress.  A congress by its very definition is a formal meeting or assembly of representatives who gather for the discussion, arrangement, or promotion of some matter of common interest. It is a meeting; an encounter.  The First Continental Congress launched a process which led to the founding of these United States.

Calling Christian Leaders from all Seven Spheres of Society
With this in mind we are calling forth the First Kingdom Conference of Washington State. We seek Christian representatives from all seven spheres of society (church, business, government, media/entertainment, healthcare, and the family) who like David, will have the courage to appeal to heaven and then act upon heavens direction.

What do we expect from this First Kingdom Congress? Recognizing that the Church is the Lord's primary purveyor of His kingdom, we expect to start a process modeled after a pattern that King David established that will lead to the:

• Formulate strategic councils representing the seven spheres of society and the five-fold ministry in Washington State
• Mobilize and connect churches and houses of prayer to raise a canopy of 24/7 prayer that will project power to push back the army of darkness in our cities, counties, and state.
• Unify these efforts to receive the wisdom of God for a spiritual reformation in our state

Why?    Amos 3:7 - Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

Here is a summary of the major themes I see:

• Count Zinzendorf and the 24/7 prayer movement that launched the modern missionary movement!  A resurgence! 
  
• A new form of church was being authorized which they called "micro-church" like church in the home.

When the Lord begins to move you will find more and more prophetic voices declaring a similar message.  I am writing this specifically to encourage our network as you will find that we've been hearing and many of you have been acting upon a similar message and direction but pioneering in a different area.   Bottom line, we need to stay the course and do our part and pray for others who were with Lance in Moravian Falls like Rick Joyner, Bobbie Conner and Bob Jones to hit the mark for their destiny as well. We will be tremendously blessed by each one's success (Eph. 4:16).

Dr. Emmanuel Ziga of Grace for All Nations click here hosted the Hour of Prayer Conference June 13-16.  I was honored to speak during a few of the sessions regarding the restoration of David's tabernacle.

During the conference I shared some of my experiences and the fruit of the ORT prayer strategy which is designed to establish 24/7 prayer in a city while also forming councils representing all 7 spheres of society and the five fold ministry.  This strategy is based upon a revelation and a goal to see David's tabernacle restored today.  During the course of my ministry I shared how God had marked this message with more than 70+ signs and wonders along with references to Psalm 18:6-14 and Isaiah 22:22 in two sessions on Friday.  I also introduced the concept of an ARC (apostolic resource center) which hosts and facilitates 24/7 prayer, praise and worship in a city.

Before my last session Saturday evening on June 15th the GFNA team was involved in heavy intercession at the Westin Hotel in Bellevue.  One of the intercessors looked out and saw the sun with two halo's around it and took the picture.  Everyone in the meeting witnessed this.

That evening they shared this with me which provided a marvelous opportunity for some "just in time training" on signs and wonders.  

There was the sun with two rings of light or rainbows around it.  These are called sun dogs and also 22 degree circle halos (King 5 News called is a double son halo)!.  I know this because the Lord had done this before a few years ago after we shared the scriptures presented through ORT in Bellingham Washington. 

• Genesis 1:14 Then God said, "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; NKJV
• Hebrews 2:4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?  NKJV

The two halos around the sun pointed to the Word. Now don't be overly enamored by the signs.  God uses signs just the way we use signs.  Signs point to something else which is the main thing or contain a special message.  In this case the signs pointed to and reinforced an emphasis on God's word.   

God bore witness with these signs as 2 Samuel 22 refers to the same portion of scripture as Psalm 18:6-14 and Isaiah 22:22 deals with the "key of David."   God used the sign to point to this message being brought forth during "The Hour of Prayer Conference."  To hear the full message I encourage you to contact GFANA for the CDs from the conference.  It is powerful.  My heavenly Father wants, desires, longs for churches to do what David did in Zion in their city.  But it gets even better.

The next day I checked King 5 News website and found this.

In 2008 I had an encounter with the Lord in my office for about 1.5 hours.  He showed me a pattern for an ARC (apostolic resource center) which we have been pioneering.  He combined the characteristics of Noah's Ark and the Ark of the Covenant to communicate the capabilities He wanted included in the blueprint He showed me. I'm working on a book to describe what He showed me.

I saw this picture on Facebook and got a kick out of this today. I don't know who to attribute this work to but I sure thought it had some words of wisdom that I'd like to share with you.

1.  Don't miss the boat.
2.  Remember that we are in the same boat.
3.  Plan ahead!  It wasn't raining with the ark was built.
4.  Stay fit. When you are 60 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.
5.  Don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.
6.  Build your future on how ground.
7.  For safety's sake travel in pairs.
8.  Speed is not always an advantage.  The snails were on board with the cheetahs.
9.  When you are stressed, float for a while.
10.  Remember, the ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.
11.  No matter the storm, when you are with God, there is always a rainbow waiting.
