This morning I saw a great word from Johnny Enlow about how "Eagles Will Gather and Eagles Will be Released" in the Northwest.  All I can say is amen as it is so very similar to other prophetic words marked with signs and wonders as we mobilized the Church through Operation Rolling Thunder.  Amos 3:7 says:

Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. NKJV

Prophets see further off and the closer the timing gets the more prophets that see and proclaim a similar word.  This should be very encouraging for there is a principle in God's word' "in the mouth of two or three witnesses, let every word be established."

This is not the first word regarding the gathering and releasing of eagles.  This is just the most recent from a prominently recognized prophet.  The first time I heard the word was in 2003 on the 50 state tour when Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce came to Washington State.  Among other things they declared that this was an "eagle state."

I want to share with you some more prophetic words that were confirmed with signs and wonders in 2006 and 2007.  I'm summarizing this from my first release of "Opertion Rolling Thunder" on page 130.  

Attention Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle

Two days ago I received a call from a prophet (seer) I know. I discovered Tim McClellan 7 years ago through Operation Rolling Thunder.  He has a well developed gift and he has submitted words for over the last 7 years and I (we) have found them to be accurate.  He is also a man of character and submitted to one of my sons in the Lord (Jason Hubbard).

Tim  reported that he had two dreams on April 17, 2013

He saw jet trails (contrails) flying from South America (southern portion of the continent) over the Pacific Ocean then it turned right, split in two and one went to Los Angeles and the other to San Francisco.  He went back to sleep and saw the same thing going into Seattle.  

The word he got was that judgment was coming to these cities and he was to sound the alarm and mobilize the Church to pray.  We are to pray like Jeremiah and Amos prayed asking the Lord to relent.  

1 Corinthians 14:29 says let the prophets speak two or three and let the others judge.  In keeping with the mandate we've received from the Lord I have begun to form a prophets council made up of proven prophets we work with across the nation.  In collaboration with other apostles and teachers we will use the Word of God and our discernment to decide if it is from the Lord and if so, what action is required.    

Carl and Brenda Krames (click here for Prepare for Transformation ) are a kingdom minded couple; business owners, active in their local church (Victory Church), help oversee a University of FL campus ministry and active serving churches in the greater Gainesville FL area.  They have used the Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT) strategy effectively to unite the church to pray strategically throughout the year.

Following the ORT strategy Carl and Brenda initiated contact with the police chief and facilitated a meeting with local pastors to discover how the Church in Gainesville could serve their community last June.  As I recall one of the first requests had to do with praying for unsolved cases.  Within two weeks Carl called me to tell me how they just got a lead in a 20 year old cold case. 

Prayer when combined with faith in action is powerful. 

Yesterday Carl called to report about their last meeting with the police chief (represents the kind of people we look to sit on a government council in ORT.  He is like one of the elders in a city).  In the last 6 months of 2012 crime was down 5%.  He (they) were happy with those results.  However, they were cautiously ecstatic about the first 2.5 months of 2013.  Crime was down 24.5% compared to this time last year.  THAT'S AWESOME!

This illustrates the beauty of the ORT strategy.  It is a LONG TERM STRATEGY MADE UP OF A SERIES OF EVENTS that empower the Church to occupy the mountain of the Lord's house of prayer for all nations.  It provides a way for the church in a city made up of many local congregations to invite God's abiding presence 24/7/365.  God's presence combined with an invitation from the appropriate authorities changes everything as it brings God's power to bear on the challenges of society.

Everyone is blessed and served when crime decreases!  What is crime (murder, theft, rape, etc.) but a measure of sin.  I pray God would inspire you to serve your community like the Krames are.  Operation Rolling Thunder can serve you just like it is serving them!  Click here for more information.

I started to write an email to all those leaders who have worked with me using Operation Rolling Thunder (ORT) to mobilize and connect the Church in their city, region, state or nation.  The event that prompted this communication was an invitation from Jason Hubbard.  He is the founder of Light of the World Prayer Center which was the first of 5 city prayer centers launched during the first three months of ORT in 2008. Jason asked me to come and join them today (12-12-12) at a dedication service at LOWPC.  It caused me to take a moment, step back and consider where ORT began and how far it has come.

It began as a word God gave me which I spoke to three leaders in December 2004.  It is recorded in my book (click here for the ORT book).  I remembered the first time I met Jason.  He was serving as an associate pastor of a local church.  As he began using the strategy to mobilize and connect the churches in his area God began to speak, move and birth.  It led to the launch of five city prayer centers on three continents in the first three months of ORT.  Light of the World Prayer Center was the first of the five.  

Today LOWPC has become a vibrant ministry affecting powerful change in their community and is one of the flagships illustrating the beauty of God's wisdom displayed through ORT as it establishes 24/7 prayer while gathering the elders at the gates of the city.  They have 9 strategic (apostolic) councils combined with 32 churches working together monthly to raise up a canopy of 24/7 prayer over their city.  What began as a city prayer center is turning into one of many Apostolic Resource Centers (ARC).

On November 14th I sent out a newsletter titled "Charting the Course for Your Destiny in this New Era."  On the same day Charisma posted an article from Chuck Pierce titled "The Election Has Brought a New Era."  Needless to say "era" caught my attention.

Era means a period of time marked by a distinctive character or a period of time to which anything belongs or is assigned. 

Think about Psalm 139:16!  These days were made for us.  We were made for these days.  Out of all eternity God could have chosen you and I to live at anytime but He chose now!  Great trials present great opportunity. 

Joel 2 describes a people who come forth upon this earth whom the world has never seen and it occurs during "the day of the Lord."  It is a day of darkness and gloominess but in that context or horrible times a people come "great and strong like of whom has never been."  A fire devours before them and behind them a flame burns.  They are encompassed by God's presence as scripture declares God is a consuming fire.  This is the army of the Lord.  Verse five says they are a "strong people set in battle array."  It says "The Lord gives voice before His army for His camp is very great; for strong is the one who executes His word."

I have to confess, while I was disappointed by these elections, I am very excited about what Christ is doing.  These days were made for you and I.  As I read Chuck's article I got even more excited because so much of what he said is so similar to what the Lord showed me.  I'll highlight a few things Chuck said and summarize it with what the Lord showed me was the key for an overcomer in these times.

The goal of my article is to encourage the church, leaders, ministers, and CONECTers who serve with me.  I want them to see how we are playing a part in bringing these prophetic declarations into reality. 

Yesterday was an exciting day for many!  It marked the last day of the Sukkot.  Sukkot is called the Feast of Tabernacles or Ingathering.  It was the 7th day of Sukkot which is called Hoshana Rabah.  It is a celebration of the "great salvation" and marks the day that the judgments for the coming year are sealed.  The truths presented through each of the elements pointed to the prophetic significance and direction KLI has embarked upon. 

It was also "Pulpit Freedom Sunday."  Over 1500 courageous ministers stood up to challenge part of the IRS Code (501c3) that was established in 1954 that restricts pastors freedom of speech in the pulpit when it comes to political issues.  It violates the First Amendment.  The goal is to force a trial so the unconstitutional portion of the code as it pertains to Church can be challenged.  We support and even participated in this day as one of the 1500+ ministers.  In fact, we've even gone beyond the strategy advocated by the ADF and dissolved our 501c3.  We are functioning under the First Amendment as a Church and an association of churches and ministries like the Church did for the first 160 years before the Johnson Amendment introduced in 1954.

Yesterday was also the day that Tony & Irene Fournier were set in as elders in the local church in Renton/Kent WA.  This was a very exciting day for us.  At the start of the service yesterday I realized the significance of the date 10/7/12.  The very meaning of each of these numbers combined pointed to and reinforced the purpose of that day.
