Jesus Christ is the Apostle and High Priest of our confession. He serves as an intercessor, a legal advocate pleading our case before the throne of God (Heb. 3:1, Heb. 7:25, 1 Jn. 2:1). Confession is a legal term used two ways in scripture. There is the confession of sin and a confession as to what God's word says.
Psalm 8:2 - Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger. NKJV
The Hebrew is such a descriptive language that there is often no one English word that can capture the depth of meaning. For example, in Hebrew the word translated "mouth" is also translated as commandment, talk, speech, and edge as in edge of the sword (1 Sam. 15:8). It reminds me of Hebrews 4:12 that says the word of God is quick and powerful sharper than any two edged sword.
"Babe" means infant or immature Christian. The "nursing infants" refers to an infant who drinks milk and Hebrews 5:13 teaches us that everyone who partakes of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness. "Ordained" means to sit down, take counsel together and establish a foundation. "Strength" means power and boldness. "Silence" means to still, cease, put or take away "the enemy" which is defined as the adversary, oppression, distress or trouble. Psalm 8:2 is truly a powerful and insightful scripture when we put it all together. It means:
I received and email from Charlene yesterday. She is a minister who had allied with us in our League. It is a powerful testimony that involves an example of a false church, the salvation of a racist and reconciliation. The love of Christ delivered a person from a the stronghold of her mind worse than the bars of the prison they were in. Here is Charlene's testimony.
Yesterday a team of 4, all non white, ministered in prison. At the end of service one of the white inmates sat crying in the back. She told a story about how everyone hated her and she had hated most people because she was a racist. She grew up in a town and was taught that if anyone was not like you, you were to hate them - even in the church she grew up in. When she walked into the service and saw blacks, Asians, and Mexican, she hated us and wanted to leave. She said several group were out to get her because of her views.
The One Nation Under God Rally was POWERFUL! Standing room only! Praise God!
Last night I was privileged to open this event with a few words and prayer. It began with the candidate for Attorney General, Stephen Pidgeon blowing the shofar. Then
I quoted the first several lines of the second paragraph from the Declaration of Independence (click here) which clearly acknowledges five immutable principles constitute the heart and soul of American government (list from One Nation Under God by Wallbuilders)
1. Government acknowledges that there is a Creator
2. Government acknowledges that the Creator gives specific inalienable rights to man
3. Government acknowledges that it exists to protect God-given rights
4. Government acknowledges that below the level of God-given rights, government powers are to be operated only with the permission of citizens – i.e., with the “consent of the governed”
5. If government fails to meet the four standards above, the people have an inalienable right to abolish that government and institute a new one that does observe the four criteria above.
The Wallbuilder's article went on to make this profound statement, "Significantly, without a public and official recognition of God, there is no hope of limited government, for rights come only from God or from man."(click here) I went on to share how God always has a remnant like the 7000 who did not bow the knee in Elijah's day and that I believed there was a people in Washington State today that would reflect Daniel 11:32.. "but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits."
The Prophetic Sign
Pastor Dan Keller from Island View Worship Center in Richland WA was the next speaker. He was on the platform with the flag standing off to the right of his shoulder. He began describing the condition of our Nation and quoted President Obama who said:
Ps. Thomas - CONECTer Kenya & Orphanage
This is from one of my sons in the Lord. He is doing an apostolic work through ORT.
Dear Dad Tim and Mum Brenda,
Receive many greetings from my wife, the children, widows, and all our connectors from Kenya and Tanzania.
Our CONECTer Pastor Daniel in Tanzania, of Mountain Prayer Center is doing fine. He has utilized Operation Rolling Thunder mobilizing the cities around the town there in Tanzania, and in Loitokitok, which is on the boundary of Kenya & Tanzania. God is using Pastor Daniel so wonderfully in winning more lost souls for Christ Jesus.
Jefferson County Health Emergency Room Director
Whooping cough epidemic stopped through the Church in Jefferson County.
Churches in Jefferson County WA used our strategy to mobilize prayer and establish councils to connect in 7 spheres of society. On Mar 27 they met and a County Commissioner asked them to pray about the whooping cough epidemic. Last night I was with them when the director of emergency services addressed this Council. As of April 13 there has not been one case reported. From epidemic proportions to zero.
The PTLeader reported on 4/10/12 that the whooping cough had become an epidemic all though there were only two cases reported in the last two weeks (note the time the Church began to pray above). The headline in the PTLeader on 5/15/2012 states "No New Cases Here Since April 13.."
In December the police chief asked them to pray about crime and it decreased by more than 50% compared to the Christmas holidays last year. Click here for Ap. Jake's testimony.

Transforming Times is a series of blogs authored by kingdom minded leaders who have allied with Kingdom League International. These leaders are some of the "no named anybodies," kingdom minded ministers, who are choosing to believe God's word, exercise their faith and transform the seven spheres of society in their community. These men and women of God are helping pioneer new concepts and they are setting new examples. They are part of a new wine skin and they are living the message they preach.
I invite you to be inspired by their examples, built up by their teaching and inspired to believe God, dream and step out to transform the spheres of society Christ has placed you in.
