Jailed for Exercising the 1st Amendment in Arizona - House Church Under Attack

The Blaze reported in Christian Fined & Sentenced to 60 Days in Jail Over AZ Home Bible Studies reported about a travesty of injustice.  Michael Salman, who lives in Phoenix, Ariz., has been sentenced to a startling 60 days in jail, given a $12,180 fine and granted three years probation for refusing to stop hosting Bible studies at his home. Why, you ask? He‘s apparently in violation of the city’s building code laws.

All it took was one neighbors complaint and his 1st Amendment rights have been trampled.  All it took to get prayer thrown out of public schools was one woman, Madalyn Murray O'Hair, an atheist and complacency.  Click here for the testimony of William O'Hair her son.  He received the love of Christ and provides keen insight on the character of his mother. 

All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.  Let's pray for this pastor and his family for the courage, wisdom, love, and resources necessary to fight this injustice and attack on the 1st Amendment.
