 It's no secret that we've been changing. Scripture reveals there are two ways we are transformed. The first is by beholding continually the glory of the Lord. That my friends is part of the goal of our strategy.
Romans 12:2 says "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." The second way is by renewing our minds which is done with and through God's word. But the main thing I want to emphasize here is that we are "transformed" to....... PROVE the will of God. Right now KLI and the strategy we steward is in the midst of a great change. I've had a multitude of encounters with the Lord through the years. Dr. Peter Wagner was given my manuscript in 1994 which had the foundation strategy, principles and scripture upon which 1Church1Day is based upon. Dr. Wagner wrote back in red in scribbled at the top of my manuscript. It said: "Nice theory, no proof!" In 2009 Dr. Wagner attended a conference in Colorado Springs in which Dutch Sheets invited me to speak and he saw all the fruit of the strategy. His challenge to prove God's word was the perfect thing I needed to hear in 94. CONECT, ORT and now 1Church1Day are all the same but they've all had their time and season. In this season with 1Church1Day we get to "prove" the next part of God's word. It has to do with "communication" and the extraordinary amount of power that will be produced through that. Tim, Kawl, Brenda & A Nung Dr. Kawl found us on the web in 2006 and began using Operation Rolling Thunder as a strategy to mobilize prayer in his province in Myanmar (Burma). It is a persecuted nation having a distinction of having the longest running civil war in the world. The persecution of Christians in some provinces is terrible. 2013 we visited him to see what all God had done (click here) and to verify the fruit. I am happy to say they'd not reported half of all God had done. Truly God's abiding presence changes everything. His semi-annual report follows. Original article follows: I just saw this report regarding "Black Lives Matter" scheduling a "Day of Rage" on July 15th (click here to see which cities are affected). We are not ignorant of Satan's devices. He and his demonic hordes will seek to take advantage of any opportunity to spread death, destruction or lies. His best schemes are not launched with a total lie or blatant destruction. But rather his best lies are embedded with truth. The more truth the easier it is to hide his lies and the more righteous the cause the easier it is for him to mask his work of destruction. So the question is, how should the Church pray? The very name Day of RAGE betrays the real author (Satan) who seeks to take advantage of people's pain and use it for his purposes. I submit that the following scripture gives us insight as to how to pray.  We live in historical times. In just these past two weeks we’ve seen the BrExit vote lead to Britain’s departure from the EU which slammed the world economy, our Supreme Court delivered a decision in favor of Planned Murderhood and several days ago we (Brenda, myself & Ross) were privileged to join with Franklin Graham state leaders in Olympia, our capitol, where over 7000 joined to pray that our nation would turn back to Jesus Christ as is it is in chaos. Now we have two police shootings combined with an assassin targeting 11 Dallas police officers and the chaos continues.
Chaos means to be “in a state of utter confusion.” I think that pretty well sums up the conditions in our nation don’t you? Did you know that “confusion” was one of the consequences promised if a nation turned their back on God? In Deuteronomy 28 God through Moses described all of the blessings that would follow them “IF” they obeyed the voice of the Lord and starting in verse 15 he described the consequences that would follow ignoring God. Verse 20 says, “The Lord will send upon you cursing, confusion and rebuke in all you set your hand to…until you are destroyed…” The scripture goes on to describe being defeated in war, struck with lots of diseases, droughts, aliens will rise higher and higher and Deuteronomy 28:28 “The Lord will strike you with madness and blindness and confusion of heart.” Does this not sound familiar? Are not hearts confused this day? Confusion and chaos are the symptoms and Jesus is the cure. I agree with Franklin Graham, I have no hope in any political party nor leader except in our Lord Jesus Christ. He is our only hope! He is the Rock upon which we stand. So what can you do?  "Looking Back to Peer into the Future" is KLI's semi-annual report. This is probably the most important report of its kind that I've given since 1992. Why? It is because I sincerely believe we are on the cusp of Church history. "Cusp" means "pointed end."
We have spearheaded a unique strategy first called CONECT (Christian Outreach Network Establishing Church-wide Teamwork), then called Operation Rolling Thunder and now called 1Church1Day (One Church One Day). You know the fruit of this and in the next number of months it is going to multiple dramatically. It's the next phase of a vision God gave me first in 1988. In 1991 God showed me the need for a strategic communication system designed support this vision. It was to help connect and mobilize the body of Christ like an army (Ezekiel 37). This year we were given a grant that provided a seed for us to begin to develop that system and we are in the midst of that development now. I'm so excited due to what I've discovered we are going to be able to offer the body of Christ come October. Recognize that many churches already pray for their communities. But our strategy has proven to help leaders apply principles that exponentially magnify the impact the Church has upon that community as they pray and present the gospel of the kingdom.  Click for a short video of Lane County OR. 1 Year Report I remember the initial discussions with the senior minister of One Hope in Lane County Oregon, Steve Buss, almost two years ago. Last May they launched the 1Church1Day strategy. They had already been successfully serving their community for over a decade and had a network of churches. The the 1Church1Day strategy has proven to be a force multiplier for them.
I just returned from Oregon where I had the privilege of meeting with Steve and hearing a first had report of all God has been doing in them and through them to impact their community. On the day of their launch last May, as we've seen since 2005, God marked their launch with supernatural signs and wonders like we've recorded in my book "Operation Rolling Thunder" click here. They experienced 225 lightning strikes and 5 earth quakes click here. They were even featured in a Charisma Magazine article last January click here. Now, here is there one year report click here. Now recognize, they were praying before they used the 1Church1Day strategy. The elements of wisdom and biblical principles our method helped the Church apply serve as a "FORCE MULTIPLIER." They've been greatly blessed by the resulting unity (39 churches engaged and soon to be 41) and have seen unemployment decline for the first time in 5 years, businesses blessed, city government served, education impacted, police department blessed, fire department protected, and..... souls saved leading to church growth. The testimonies are marvelous and we are excited to see what Christ will do this coming year. It is because this system unites the Church and increases it's power and effectiveness through the application of a number of key biblical principles combined with wisdom from heaven and earth through the councils we help form in the 7 mountains. The fruit or result of this is:
This will exponentially increase the number of teams involved in kingdom collaboration. This is a FORCE MULTIPLIER!  How many times have you day dreamed of what could be in your business, school, or profession for the sake of Christ? Sometimes it can get kind of exciting. But then doubts begin to creep in to kill the vision and you think well what difference would one person make? What difference could I make? I want to share with you a short testimony from a teacher who began working with us following the 1Church1Day.org strategy. Now I don't know if she struggled with thoughts like this but in years past I know I did. In order to protect what God is doing I'm not going to share with you who she is nor which school we are talking about. We actually receive many testimonies from kingdom minded ministers making an impact in business, high levels of government, education, the Church and more that if we shared with you the details it would destroy that minister's effectiveness. With that in mind here's a recent report we received from a teacher regarding the dramatic turn around in the areas of literacy and math declaring: This progress is very praise worthy. We have never seen such growth. This teacher has been a teacher for over 25 years. She loves them and she loves Jesus. She's been praying for her students for years but this year she did something different.
