Note that there has been a crescendo of prayer mobilized across the globe by Holy Spirit over the last few months. The results of that growing crescendo of prayer (United Cry, Azusa Now, National Day of Repentance, Decision America, National Day of Prayer, Global Day of Prayer and much more) has been the much publicized outpourings that have been reported on both the east (West Virginia revival) and west coasts (West Coast Rumble). These outpourings of revival with their accompanying salvation's, youth led meetings in schools, healings, signs and wonders correspond with the growing prayer. As we've sown to the heavens the heavens have begun to sow to the earth. (Hos 2:21-22). Additional Scriptures: 1 Cor 9:24-27, John 8:31-32, Matt 28:18-20, 1 Thess. 4:14-18, Joel 2:28, & Acts 2:17

Keywords & Themes for March: Do not fear, maintain righteousness, speak boldly.
Scriptures: Ephesians 6:18-19. 1 Corinthians 15:1-11, Psalm 71, Isaiah 19:14, Acts 4:34-35, Isaiah 41:10, Proverbs 11:28, Proverbs 11:4, Deuteronomy 31:6, 1 Corinthian 9:26-27, 1 Peter 4:7, Roman 2:4, Daniel 7:21-22 Check out some of these scriptures below, and see what you think the Lord is saying.
During challenging times, we're reminded to take courage and remain steadfast. It's not easy, but it's life preserving when we heed the Word of God. We have the favor and promise that our Lord never leaves us or forsakes us. If we have this promise and live it like we know it, how much more are the hurt and the lost going to see it? If you sense something different from these scriptures, please share with us, so we can continue to add to what the Lord may be sharing! February's Theme: Restoration of Rain and Springs
Key scriptures reported were 1Kings 18: 1-4, Isaiah 58:7-12. 1 Kings 18:1-4 speaks of the Lord sending Elijah to speak to Ahab, and by doing this the rains will come on top of that Obadiah was in charge of Ahab’s house, and he was also a God-fearing man. Enough that he hid the prophets in the caves. For the prophets of Baal were being followed in the land, and Jezebel sought after God’s prophets to bring death upon them. Now, Isaiah 58 talks about how we should prepare ourselves during certain fasts, and what to expect from them. Versus 7-12 were highlighted, and give the expectation and promise that if we call on the Lord, He will hear us! Not only that, but there are more promises that can be received. We are challenged to take away the yoke of bondage, to stop the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness. If we extend our soul to the hungry, satisfy the afflicted soul then our light shall dawn in the darkness, and our darkness shall be as bright as the noon day. We will be guided continually, be satisfied even in drought, our bones strengthened and be like a watered garden, a spring that never is quenched. Perhaps this isn’t just a physical fast, but a way of living. Isaiah 58:7 talks about sharing our bread, not abstaining from it. Interesting consideration if the bread is both what we can physically and spiritually eat. As Jesus is called the bread of life in the New Testament. What if we consider 1 Kings a call to those in leadership and Isaiah as an individual call. It’s also worth noting that many within the body have been fasting for Lent. Both of these scriptures highlight the restoration of rain, and unfailing deep springs to the physical land and the spiritual land. Both scriptures also show a step of obedience, and additional blessings if certain criteria are met. Elijah still had to go to Ahab, this was treacherous. Most of us are familiar with Elijah & Jezebel’s relationship, she wanted his head. The Lord still told him to go, knowing what could and would happen. Let’s pray for continued protection for the Elijah’s and the Obadiah’s in our midst. We’ve heard the word about the prophets coming out of hiding for a few years now, let’s continue to contend with the word the Lord is still speaking. Take all of this into prayerful consideration as this is only one perspective of these scriptures. If the Lord shares with you a different perspective or insight, please share a comment below to continue discovery of God’s fullness. Scriptures: Luke 6:10, Deuteronomy 28:8, Psalm 121:1-2, Matt 19:26, Prov. 29:25, Galatians 5:22, Mark 11:23, Proverbs 3:7, Psalms 37:4-6, and Is 59:4-5. Lk 9:32, Romans 13:11-12, . Psalms 57:7-8, Psalm 59:4-5, Psalm 35:23, Zechariah 13:7-9 Here are 2 revelations we received for January that we thought would encourage you. Both are from WISDOM Ministries. "The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you." Not from your hands but from the power of God that dwells in you. The Lord says, you no longer have a need of my hand, I have invested my power in you. This does not mean that we don't have a need of the Lord, but what it does mean is to pull from the power, commissioning and authority He has already given you. "My people are crying and looking down. If they would look up and call upon Me, If they would bring honor and glory to Me, but instead they have placed Me in a box and then they look at their situation and say, "I can't, what's the point. It's easier to go with the world. My people are turning every direction, but to Me. If they would look to the hills and say, My God, My God, My God, and call upon Me, things would shift." Call upon Me the One who says nothing is impossible for Me. The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe." "[I]Saw a pic of His people united standing on a mountain. His people were exalting Him and the mountaintop was shining in radiant light with Jesus residing above and hovering over the army of His people. As His people stood united and praised Him, the bright light that shown forth from them began to invade the earth and the enemy was cowering, bowing, and fleeing. He impressed upon my heart to pray for all of His people in all of the spheres to stand united and to look to Him. To praise Him and not back down." How might it look if we put these together with the scriptures received? Seek the Lord and His plan. The fear of man, the fear of what might happen, or trusting in our own abilities, judgements and perceptions are all traps. Prov 29:25 shares that it can snare us, however, if we trust in the Lord we will have protection. Are we truly trusting the Lord with our nation, our loved ones, or with the promises He gave to each of us? It's a good self check to do. Mark 11:23 shares that if we believe what we pray, we will see it come to pass. It can be easy to accidentally stir up doubt, or pray out of fear as injustices and rumors of injustices are frequently heard. Ps. 35:23 says that the Lord will stir up and awaken to our vindication. Ps 37:4-6 shares that we should delight, and commit our way to the Lord. He alone gives us the desires of our heart, He brings forth our righteousness and justice. Do not lose heart, do not turn your eyes from the Lord. Ps 121:1-2 shares that our help comes from the Lord, raise your vision, raise your perception, raise your faith to see and trust that the Lord has the full complete picture of what is happening in our nation, and what happens in our daily lives What has the Lord spoken about your country, about your destiny? While we see the sins of man upon this land grow, and around us at our jobs, in families, even the church, let’s not forget to remember the blessings. To remember the destiny of this nation. I’m expecting to fully see God’s goodness cover this land and people. To see Grace abound even greater than sin. God is not surprised by what He sees, nor is He incapable of acting. What is God’s vision for this country, for the generations? The word says that people will perish without a vision. As we intercede for our nation, for the people of this land, ask the Lord what His vision is for our nation and let’s speak forth what our Father in Heaven planned for the United States from the beginning of time. We want to agree with the Lords will, to add our voices in unity through prayer. If my people would humble themselves and pray, then I will hear from Heaven… I believe that we can see a nation restored. We have the authority to speak to the mountains, to speak life where there is death, to speak hope where there is doubt. Let’s check if we are speaking His will, and not our good intentions or fears. This is only way to consider the scriptures and words that were given. Let me know below if this resonates or if you have a different perspective from the Lord about the scriptures and words given.
Theme: Remember to Abide and Dwell in the Lord From Tim: Below you’ll find Kara’s summary of the words submitted in November. With these words in mind I urge you, I encourage you, I admonish you, I challenge you to:
Theme: Remember to Abide and Dwell in the Lord
Scriptures: Matt 10:28; 2 Chronicles 17:10; Proverb 3:3,7; Proverb 10:27; Psalm 10; Psalm 33:8-12; Psalm 34:18, 19; Ps. 68:6; Psalm 91; Isaiah 41:10; Isaiah 43:1-2; Ezekiel 14:1-6; Isaiah 54:13; Acts 2:17-21; Colossians 3:21; Deut. 30:19; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5; and Ecclesiastes 3:11; Acts 1:14 and Acts 2:1, Phil 4:8, Romans 4:17, Psalm 23,Ephesians 6:10-13; Habakkuk 2:14 This month we heard several reports of discouragement and fear. Something the most mature, battle ready, intercessors are susceptible to. How do we heed the warnings and not let fear take hold? Consider the word that was given in October and now again in November. To dwell and abide in the Lord! He is our shelter, and He is our shield. He’s also given us armor and weapons to defend ourselves, if we equip them. If we remember to abide and dwell in the Lord’s presence, and equip the whole armor of God we won’t be as discouraged when we see terror and reports of terrors around us. If we put on the whole armor of God, we will stand and with stand the day of evil. One of our CONECTer’s shared how they prayed for targets using Psalm 23. Praying from a place of thanksgiving encouraged their team. Another one of our CONECTer’s shared a video with their team, reminding them of promises that were spoken in years past. Great ways we can encourage ourselves and those around us! Philippians 4: 6 reminds us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Let's remember to pray for each other! That the body of Christ wouldn’t be overcome with a spirit of heaviness that we wouldn’t give into weariness or compromise during these times. Lord, teach us to encourage each other and ourselves, so we can fulfill that which our You have called each of us to. This is a summary of CONECTer's reports from churches and ministries. The theme is about the coming persecution and a split in the government while praying in 1Church1Day.
Check it out, specific scripture was discerned to show us how to pray and not get stuck on dwelling on fear in this season. When the Lord gives a warning, He always has the solution. We know wars, rumors of wars and pestilence and all of those things will continue until the Son of Man has returned, right? So, how do we not entertain the fear but exercise our faith? Abide in Jesus, & examine ours heart! Now, while we can apply this to current events (as I write this we are hearing of Paris attacks, and Syrian refugee crisis, and state governors divided but speaking out), I know we can see God's revelation & word apply to many times and places yet to come. This is one way we can be praying and act upon now. Take heed. Theme: Abide & Examine our Hearts-is your faith truly aligned with the Jesus, where has compromise tried to or been allowed to come in? This will empower us to stand during persecution, withstand compromise, to welcome & disciple the lost, to prevent fear from controlling us. Hebrews 5:14 was heard during two reports which talks about solid food being for those who are of maturity, by using and exercising their skills to discern both good & evil. This was giving twice, let's take heed. There is a panic trying to come in, the solution- pray Isaiah 43: 1-2 "But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear Not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned. nor shall flame scorch you." What they saw, & heard during the watch: Warning given during watch: Government will split down the center. Persecution will increase, we will see more churches and Christians compromise, but we will also see those who will not be moved by this world because they are founded in the Spirit. Gal 5:16, "I say then: Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh." (See Gal 5: 17-21)
Be encouraged! You are hearing from the Lord. Share this with your intercessors to keep up the good fight of faith, keep watching, keep standing. We are in this together: 1. Praying in unity, for the same targets in unity each month, just by praying in agreement you are greatly impacting the world. 2. Some people hear & see differently based on their gifting. This can add a dimension to what we are already praying. Sometimes, we get to see what’s coming ahead, like warnings and God’s intention for souls. Where sin abounds, grace abounds even more! What will November reveal? Do you agree or see something different? Comment below and let us know! |
