By Tim Taylor May 10, 2023 - I'd like to share a couple of prophetic reports we just received from Northwest Life Center and the Elma House of Prayer overseen by Troy Green.  Every week they devote one of their harp and bowl sessions to us (ministers, Family, Tribe and Fellow Workers).   While these words apply to the body of Christ in general, I believe there is some personal application for the friends, Family, Tribe, and especially ministers of KLI.

With this in mind, I want to encourage you to do 1 Corinthians 14:29 which says, "let the prophets speak two or three and let the others judge."  What do you judge or decide?
  1. Is this the LORD, yes or no?
  2. If it is the LORD, do these words apply to me?
  3. Are the words informational and or do they require a response upon my behalf?
  4. If our LORD does require a response, what is it?

With this in mind, I submit to you two prophetic reports.  In the comment section below I'd encourage you to offer your interpretations, opinions, observations, instruction and or additional prophetic words.   Please note, I will add UNDERLINEs below to draw your attention to certain elements.

Watchman/Prophets Report 1

APPLICATION:  Don’t grow weary

VISION:
There were 5 soldiers dressed for battle riding horses – they were riding abreast and carried swords.  Behind them were many workers with tools and they were building a primitive road and most of the workers were working hard. Following the workers were nearly empty wagons being pulled by oxen  - they were steadily plodding forward on the new road. Prayers of many people covered and followed the wagons.

Just before the soldiers, workers and wagons reached the lush fields that were ready and waiting to be harvested some of the workers turned and walked into the wilderness – they gave up -  the work was just too hard.  They did not see the importance of their support and labor.

A short while later the harvest field came into view.  Tools for harvesting were passed out and a new energy came upon all of them as they started the harvest.  The wagons were filled. More and more people were able to come down the new road – they were hungry and curious and they were received with great joy.

There was a large pond of pristine water in the center of the harvest field producing pure water for all the people that came to the harvest.  They circled around this body of water and knelt and gave thanks to the Lord.

The pond was guarded by the soldiers so no evil could enter – they knew they must stay alert and on guard because there were danger/difficulties lurking in the wilderness where the tired workers entered – thieves were hiding there.  Evil lurks in the surrounding wilderness.

Banners were put up all around the field staking a claim for the Lord.

SCRIPTURE for INTERCESSION
Isaiah 25:9 “In that day the people will proclaim, “This is our God!  We trusted in him, and he saved us!  This is the Lord, in whom we trusted.  Let us rejoice in the salvation He brings!”

Ephesians 5:15 -20
“So be careful how you live.  Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise.  Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.  Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do.  Be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves and making music to the Lord in your hearts.  Give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

EXPLANATION:
Roads are being built – encourage or let go of the ones who are becoming weary – an abundant harvest is coming closer.

Watchman/Prophets Report 2

APPLICATION: I heard the words RETURN, REASSESS, and ALIGN. It is a call to leaders to lead differently; to return to the basics; to return to foundational principles; to return to first love. He is calling leaders of today to reassess their priorities and align them with the priorities of the kingdom of God. The traditions of man and religion have so permeated our churches that it can be difficult to decipher what of our tradition and focus has been passed down from man and what is the way of Christ that stands in stark contrast to the way of man. Matthew 11:28-30 is at the center of the alignment. Only as we learn to live yoked to Jesus do we begin to draw the strength and direction that straightens out everything that contrary to His way. All human effort and traditions of man will lead to heavy burdens and impossible challenges that lead to burnout and death. This verse and these concepts are what my intercession centered around. I just can’t seem to get away from it. I hear a call for the leaders in Christian circles to lay their hearts bare before the Lord and allow him to shine his light and bring correction where necessary. I hear a call to repentance. But it MUST begin with the leaders.

VISION: I saw a flashlight getting turned on and revealing all hidden place of darkness.
I got the song: “Refiner’s Fire”

INTERCESSION: Heavenly Father, Realign our hearts to Yours. Show us the way of Your Kingdom. Teach us how to live in it now. Align us to Your will and Your purposes. Show us any place we have gone off or been off track or off mission. Search our hearts and let us see through Your eyes. Show us where we have moved out in our own strength. Point out any hurtful, harmful, or destructive patterns we walk in. Purge any wickedness from our midst…whether ignorant or willful. Make us humble. Bring us to repentance. Break our hearts for what breaks yours. Remove our hearts of stone and replace it with a heart of flesh. May we be soft and pliable in Your hands. May we seek you with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength. May we require you as necessity. Stir desperation in the heart of every leader. May we lead on our knees. Strip away all pride, self-righteous attitudes, and excuses. Uncover every lie and let Your truth permeate our entire being. May we hunger and thirst for righteousness. Help us break out of the comfortable and familiar patterns of this world. Let us be a people who are transformed, who actually look like Jesus. Let us be a pure reflection. Purify our hearts, motives, and actions. Uncover any mixture in our lives. Burn out the dross and bring forth the gold.

SCRIPTURES:
PROVERBS 14:12
There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.
ROMANS12:2
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
COLOSIANS 2:8
8 See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces[a] of this world rather than on Christ.
2 CHRONICLES 7
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.
PSALMS 139
23 Search me [thoroughly], O God, and know my heart;
Test me and know my anxious thoughts;
24 And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way.

EXPLANATION/ENCOURAGMENT/EXHORTATION: My heart is breaking over the state of our churches and Christian community. RETURN, REPENT, AND ALIGN should be a constant in the life of believers. We must humble ourselves, pray and seek His face. As we do it, he will hear our prayers and heal our land. We must take all sin in our lives seriously—especially the more subtle and socially accepted forms (pride, self-righteousness, gossip, fear, unbelief, envy, offense, gluttony, etc.). For us to flourish, we must allow God to shine his light on our hearts and in our organizations. And then take appropriate action that realigns us with His heart and His way. The leaders need to lead in repentance. As I prayed over these things, there was such an urgency for us to take it seriously and to lead the way.
My intercession was both broad with the greater body of Christ, but also specific to KLI leaders being called to lead the way as forerunners. To weed out corruption, speak the truth boldly, and to show what servant leadership and humility look like lived out.

What say you?  Please offer your insights in the comments below.

Tim -

Thank you for sharing these words and for inviting comments (judgment, confirmation, and so on) from trusted leaders.

Judgment:
Both words seem to resonate with Scripture and with Holy Spirit (to the degree I am listening and aware).

Personal:
Word 1 (soldiers, road, carts, workmen) personally applies to me.
To the best of my ability and within the accountability of brothers, I am not convicted not aware of the need to take the repent/return/realign actions that are called for.
Information / Action

Word 1 is a reminder to ensure that each member of our team / tribe is cared for so that they do not leave the path due to discouragement. It is also a reminder to ensure that each person is confident that their assignment, though different from those of others, is vital. Not all are soldiers, road builders, cart drivers, harvesters, etc..... but each has a vital role and preparation for a shared assignment.

Word 2 is a reminder to be sensitive to others who may have become distracted or wayward and encourage them to repent, return, and realign.

I love how God is confirming His word through dreams, visions, words of prophecy! Both of these words confirm what God is doing in my own life, as well as the believers around me.

In the first word: I have seen for the last two years that those who don't spend time building their own relationship with Jesus will become discouraged. We each need to have intimiate time with Jesus so that we don't become discouraged. If we are daily looking in the eyes of Jesus, we aren't going to turn away. If we are dealing with problems, interceeding for all the issues but not seeing the face of Jesus for ourselves we can be overcome with sorrow. Worn out that we aren't seeing answers.
Weary in well doing. We must be lovers of His presence (as the song says) so that we can continue to do the work of the Father. We must know our Father personally and intimately to do whatever He does.
And yes, we need to each be doing the job God gave us to do. It is too easy, when there is such a huge harvest and so few workers, to try to do everything. Again time with Jesus will bring us back to focus.

In the second word I have seen that flashlight shine on others and myself. The only way to make it through the refiners fire is hand in hand with Jesus. As I pray for the church, there are times when I feel the Father's heart is breaking. Then suddenly in the midst of the intercession I see what He sees in the end and I start laughing through the tears. He has a great plan and I am sticking to His plan. I will coninue in my own walk and pray for others to succeed as well. God uses our prayers and our tears to work a work in the spirit that realeases others!
