Shocking.... What's Really Required by the IRS Code & Washington State RCW's for a Church?1/29/2023 By Tim Taylor January 29. 2023 - Kingdom League International is a church and an association of churches and ministries. In this video "Shocking... What is Really Required by the IRS Code & Washington State RCWs for a Church" which was made primarily to educate KLI's ministers, I go into detail as to what the IRS Code actually says as well as what Washington State RCW actually says is required. Many are ignorant and some have taken advantage of our ignorance. You'll see one example from Washington State. If you are a minister who is part of the KLI Tribe or Family, this is a MUST VIEW. For others, I think you will find this challenging as well as encouraging. When I say encouraging, I mean "in-courage." It will cause faith and love which is required for courage to arise. You will also be equipped with the truth. So with that in mind... Churches are Tax Exempt as well as People's Donations
You will be shocked to learn that churches and their integrated auxiliaries, conventions and associations of churches are "automatically considered tax exempt" and they are not required to file anything. Part of the reason for that is, civil government actually has not jurisdiction in Church government. Here is a principle. What you create, you have the right and authority to legislate. Guess what? Civil government did not create the Church. Jesus did. President James Madison vetoed a bill in 1811 based upon that understanding. You will learn about the 14 criteria the IRS uses to identify a church as well as how some "ministries" who seek to help others register a 508c1a with the state don't accurately represent what the law and codes actually say. In this case, Tim uses one example to highlight what the Washington State RCW says as well as what the WA ST Corporation Division actually says. You'll discover that registration of an actual church is "OPTIONAL." Registration is NOT REQUIRED but rather it is optional. You will discover why Tim chooses to exercise the full extent of their rights as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and in the process discover the limits of civil governments' actual jurisdiction. You will also learn how much of the Church abdicated its rights and responsibilities through ignorance and fear. This moral conviction Tim shares goes far beyond an issue of rights as it is tied to KLI's responsibility, their vision, their heavenly assignment to preach and demonstrate the gospel of the kingdom, on earth as it is in heaven. That ends the description of the video you'll find on YouTube. I'll post this on Rumble as well. A Word from Tim For those of you who know me, you know our goal has never been to build a network for the sake of building a network. Rather, our goal was to serve our Father's purpose in this generation. We only seek to connect with those whom our Father saw our lives being intertwined with when He created us in Psalm 139:16. Those are the only ones we seek to connect with. It's a heavenly calling and within My Father's divine plans. That being said, every minister we have needs to understand the orgins and principles I speak of here. You'll find information about covenant, the charter, the history, orgins, convictions etc... as it is connected to a strategy in my books:
You'll also discover how you can become an auxiliary of KLI and or have your church affiliate with us and become part of our 508c1a designation.
