Truth & the Mother of All Battles in the Culture War!

In a culture war, he who controls the language determines the battlefield.  Wise strategists know how to use the lay of the land to their advantage.  The Left changes words and definitions to create a faux moral high ground.  The question is, what will you do about it?

In this short YouTube I rehearse a dream I had in February 2019.  I dreamt I was in an ambush.  We sought cover behind some rocks and then I heard the command, “get on the line.”  Ambushes are planned with human nature in mind. It is natural to run from the threat. If you understand human nature, you can plan and set a series of ambushes or traps as people are driven by their instincts.  

It is natural to avoid a fight.  But in an ambush, sometimes the best way to respond is to do what the adversary least expects.  You come up on line, you get out from behind cover and you attack it straight on.  The best way to confront a lie, is with the truth.  That is what Jesus did. 

Today, we’ve been brought to Joel 3:14.  Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision.  The question is, what will you decide to do.  In this short video I unpack some scriptures in the context of some historical quotes from:

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr,  He said, “in the end, we will not remember the cry of our enemy, but rather the silence of our friends.  

Deitrich Bonhoeffer said, “Silence in the face of evil, is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless.  Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”  

Here’s the point.  We are in a culture war today over truth.  There is no middle of the road.  You can’t straddle the fence as the fence belongs to the devil.  In war there are three kinds of people.  There are the patriot volunteers, there are the anti-war protesters.  Each side is clear.  Then there is a third group.  These are those who try to remain neutral.  The truth is, the neutral group sides with the anti-war protestors.  The truth is, those who remain silent in the face of evil, side with the devil.   

Choose you this day whom you will serve.  We’ve been brought to a valley of decision.  The question is, what will you decide?  What will heaven record?  I know what I want heaven to record of me.  How about you?
