By Tim Taylor April 4, 2023 - We just hosted our monthly Washington State apostolic and prophetic council focused on this month.  Proverbs 24:3-6 admonishes us that there is wisdom in a multitude of counsel.  By wise counsel build and by wise counsel wage war.  So with that in mind, we invite you to do the word found in Isaiah 44:6-7 which says, "Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me..."

Church Sphere 
Troy from Northwest Life Center chairs the Church council.  He says the need for the restoration of David’s Tabernacle (24/7 prayer, praise, and worship) interacting and working with leaders from the 7 spheres of society has never been greater.  

​Let us pray and proclaim

• Ministers rise up with courage and speak the truth and inspire others to follow their example.  Joshua 1:7.... only be strong and very courageous.... 
• Ephesians 5:14 Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
• Let the Asbury Revival and outpouring continue to spread even as Jesus Revolution is released.

• Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
• Isaiah 62:6-7 I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem (Washington); They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, And give Him no rest till He establishes And till He makes Jerusalem (Washington) a praise in the earth.
• Pray for the uniting of like-minded ministers and ministries in the NW.
• There is a remnant Church that is alive and aggressively attacking the gates of hell with no fear even as they build our Father's house of prayer for all nations. (Joshua 1:6-9, Matthew 16:18, 1 John 4:18, and Isaiah 56:7).
• They are snatching those drawn towards hell's gate out of the fire, hating even the garments stained by sin while positioning leaders in the 7 spheres of society to disciple cities, counties, states, and nations. (Ephesians 3:10, Revelation 17:9, Matthew 28:19, Proverbs 32:23, and Matthew 25:32)
• The Church is becoming the embodiment of Ephesians 3:10 and showing forth the manifold wisdom of God to principalities and powers in heavenly places who manifest through earthly offices.  The Ecclesia’s (Church's) leaders, elders, ministers, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastor and teachers are demonstrating courage and not compromising the truth equipping the saints in the religious, business, government, media, education, healthcare and the family mountains to be bold and very courageous to speak the truth (even in the face of cancel culture, the LGBTQ and Marxist agenda) the gospel of the kingdom, and to demonstrate it through casting out demons, healing the sick, and preaching to the poor. (Mark 16:15-18, Matthew 4:17).

Praying in the Capitol

Virgina from FireStorm chairs the family mountain and shared: I know the highlights of Nissan are wind, breath, and praise.  Repentance, redemption, and the beginning of miracles.  Watch your speech, and put your best foot forward.  Let’s praise and rejoice that we can praise and rejoice!  Pray that:

• Parents would take courage and speak the truth especially to schools and school boards.
• All families will seek Christ during this time of year.  That people will be led to the Lord.  That XNs will reach out to the lost.  That prodigals will come home. 
• People will remember the Passover as well as Easter. 
• Families will realize that they have the same power that raised Christ from the dead, living in them!! 
• Miracles break out in families.
• XN movie makers to succeed in their endeavors to create great movies. 
• Parents to have the wisdom to know how much TV/screen time they should allow and what restrictions to put on their kids for movies.
• There will peace in our area. 
• Pray against boredom causing more shootings and any kind of violence. 
• Pray for an awakening in the families to do things for the neighborhood kids who don’t have family at home. 
• Pray for the youth to reach out in any way they can.
• The fear of school shootings does not rule in the student’s hearts. 
• Pray for the youth to be a peace with their own salvation, or get right with God.

Government Sphere
Dave from the Kingdom Congressional Alliance serves in business as well as in government and he says, political leaders today seem to show more allegiance to their political agenda than they do to upholding the oath to the Constitution they swore to uphold and protect.  Let us pray and proclaim:

• We need Senators and Legislators to say Nay,  and not be pressured to say Yay.
• SB 5599,"Supporting youth and young adults seeking protected health care services" has passed out of the House Human Services, Youth & Early Learning Committee despite a large contingent of conservatives registering their "con" position prior to the hearing. The bill will likely come up for a floor vote in the next few weeks.  Stop this horrendous bill involves sending an email to every member of the House, both Republicans and Democrats, asking them to vote "nay" on this bill. For a directory of the House members, click here. Send your letter to all 98 members this week. 
• Currently, any program, shelter or individual housing a run-away or homeless child must report to police, CPS and/or parents within 72 hours. Under this bill, sponsored by Senator Marko Liias, D-Lynnwood, if the child reports they are seeking abortion, hormone blockers, gender mutilation surgery, or any other gender-related health services, these programs, shelters or individuals would no longer be required to report to police, CPS and/or parents. This bill effectively allows these entities to provide a "witness protection program" for runaway and/or homeless children of any age. They can provide free housing and other essential services while keeping the child hidden from their parents for an undefined period of time. 
• HB 1469 has also been voted out of the Senate Law & Justice Committee and referred to the Senate Ways & Means Committee. 
• This bill makes Washington a "sanctuary state" for minors coming from other states for abortion and/or gender mutilation procedures. ESHB 1469 would not allow parents in other states to take legal action if their child comes to Washington for these atrocities and it would also leave taxpayers responsible to pay for these "protected health care services." The bill also has an emergency clause that would allow it to take effect as soon as the bill is passed. 
• Idaho abortion ‘trafficking’ bill opens Pandora’s box of questions for WA | The Seattle Times
• HB 1048 has been passed out of the Senate State Government & Elections Committee and is now in the Senate Rules Committee. This bill, "Enhancing the Washington voting rights act,"  provides special rights and protections for specific groups of people. Our Constitution provides "equal and fair protections for all citizens." This bill also allows for non-citizens to vote and other groups to be penalized arbitrarily. 
• SB 5459- Concerning requests for records containing election information. This proposal would restrict the public records request information available about elections and requests could go only through the Secretary of State instead of the local County Elections Office.  Also, this law would codify the “White” court decision to keep cast vote records and ballot images exempt from public requests. This would reduce even more election process transparency.  CON (IN RULES). 
• E2SSB 5112- Updating processes related to voter registration. Automatically registering EVERYONE to vote at the DOL and other State Gov. offices. These voters are shared with * ERIC (a 3rd party national centralized database).  It takes away dates of birth of the registered voter and replaces it with only the year of birth on any PRR which makes proving fraudulent duplicate voters virtually impossible. By design this election law also makes voter challenges and cleaning the voter rolls much more difficult.   Also, this law would declare every government agency employee that registers voters to be “election officials” even if they are health care plan providers.  Read the fiscal note for more detailed information about the effect of this legislation.  Has gone to several committees since March 29 - CON ​

Business Sphere
Doug is a business man, and a minister who leads Street Church.  He says, I feel the Lord saying now is the time to take bold action. The fearful and unbelieving will abandon many areas of great opportunity that the righteous are to move in and occupy. Pray that we in the business community will be able to hear the voice of the Lord clearly and obey Him quickly when opportunities are seen. There are many great people who have recently lost positions due to downsizing, the Christian businesses are hiring and growing. When we find good people we need courage to make room for them and look for ways to expand and grow. Courage is action in the face of fear. 
Let us pray, proclaim and declare:

• God's people, business people, would prosper.  That this only increases cash sales and profitability for our businesses. 
• That Dave Hodsgon's message of "that all shall prosper" would permeate society's understanding and our state.
• God's people would remember to worship God with their giving (tithes/offerings) and that trust in God's faithful covenant keeping word would override their fear of lack.  Pray they'd be like Isaac who sowed in the year of famine and reaped a hundred-fold (Gen 26:12). 
• That the judgment of God would usher in unprecedented prosperity to those who took righteous stands.
• That the righteous would prepare for a wealth transfer.  
• We are thankful for the exposure of businesses like Balenciaga (promoted pedophilia) who represent those who operate in the Babylonian system and declare their business fail and its resources acquired by those who'll do what is right with a kingdom mindset.  
• We declare blessing and prosperity over every one of our business people (people who are in covenant with the local Church who also proclaims this decree.)

Healthcare Sphere
Dianna, a retired nurse and connected to NWLC says pray concerning:

• SB5179 passed the senate & house & was sent to the governor.
  
• HB1662 Financial sustainability on rural hospitals. Referred to Appropriations committee.  Very little movement on this bill.
  
• SJM 8006 Universal Healthcare Program - Passed the senate. Passed the Health Care & Wellness committee. March 29 referred to Rules 2 for review

I had a very interesting time of intercession one night regarding the legislature.  For the entire night while asleep or awake this one sentence repeated in my heart & spirit all night, "Lord Jesus, Hi jack the legislature!"

This has been on my heart this last month. " Lord, pour out Your Spirit within Washington with many salvations accompanied by Your miriaculous Power."
Ron, another member of ouc council, the author of Freedom to Worship (click here for my interview) says that the achilles heel of the legislatures overeach is their inability to implement their policies at the local level.  They have to restort to agencies to implement and if citizens knew and exercised their rights, they could reign them in legally.  How you might ask?  Click here for Freedom to Worship, how to guard your Constitutional rights by governmental agencies. 

Education Sphere
Kathy, a retired teacher who is part of KLI represents education. She says, our education system is under demonic attack.   Let us pray and proclaim:

• Praise God for more and more parents who are engaging and confronting libraries and school systems about their educational content. Pray for bold courageous parents who'd kick the moral filth out.
• The principality at work through the Education System, Beelzebub, the lord of flies and lies, would be cast down and truth would return. 
• The veil of darkness to be torn apart and for eyes to be open. For believing teachers and staff to figure out how to navigate the race and gender issues they face and to have stamina and endurance in the fight.
• Staff members are given wisdom to naviagate race and gender issues with love, boldness, courage and truth.
• That ministers and pastors would equip members who are teachers with the truth and pray with and for them and their respective classes and schools.  
• That parents would engage with teachers, school boards and even run for offices, serve on committees or volunteer. 
• That parents would boldly stand for the truth and not back down.
• Pray that homeschool and Christian school leaders would be on alert regarding subtle lies introduced through the curriculum.  Pray for discernment to increase. 

Media Sphere
Observation:  Did you see how that Jesus Revolution doubled the experts predictions and as of today has doubled that expectation again raking in $40 million so far?  They are adding the movie to another 100 theaters because it is a profitable for their business.  That is marvelous.

Let us pray and proclaim:

• Thank God for the results in the box office regarding Jesus Revolution, the Chosen and other well done Christian/truth based films.  We declare, more LORD.
• Pray for truth in media.
• Hollywood becomes Holy-wood as the veil is lifted and the hearts of people return to the LORD.
• Lord of the harvest, send laborers into this harvest.
• The destruction of Satan's strategic agenda for Unholywood.   
• 1 John 3:8 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil
